For the 36 years I have been on the planet I have wanted to be a chef for 29 of those years.
That's 80.55% of my life!
And it's only going to go up.
I decided to be a chef after eating spaghetti carbonara in a local Italian restaurant on my 7th birthday, since then I have been hooked on food, running home every day after school cooking up feasts for my family.
At the end of my education I went on to work in France for 5 years for the Orient Express then onto Australia for a year and travelling the world in between.
That's 80.55% of my life!

Thomas is the director-owner-creator of Thomas the caterer he's an ambassador of awesome and makes sure that the food is delicious the customer service is on top form and the smiles keep coming!
He's is the creative behind the brand.

Tom as he is known to his family and friends loves to spend quality time with his family he has two sons AND twin girls and a beautiful wife (can you tell tom wrote this) he enjoys playing golf when he gets day off and walking his dog amongst other things such as eating at lovely restaurants getting inspired and reading.

Not only will you get your unique food prepared to perfection, we'll also take care of setting your tables and serving your drinks.
Our Front of House Manager will take care of every aspect of your catering, including any special instructions for anyone suffering from allergies or food intolerances.
We even have other trusted suppliers we can put you in contact with in case you want to hire something a little more speciality, like a mixologist to conjure up colourful cocktails for your guests.

We created our tasting events following your feedback that you wanted to see the wedding catering and service in real life to have a pre-wedding sneaky peak of what you're going to get.
Sure you could come to Thomas Towers and have a tasting but it isn't the same, the smell is different, the air has a different feel, it's much more romantic in a lovely venue dressed up and looking delicious!
Tasting evenings are free to attend for any of our customers, past and present.
There is a small charge to attend if you aren't yet a Thomas the Caterer customer but we'll refund this as soon as you book us.
