For those visiting from outside of the area, Dalston is situated approximately 6 miles west of the City of Carlisle, travelling along Dalston Road, and just 5 miles from Junction 42 of the M6.
If you are visiting from West Cumbria, Dalston can be located just 2 miles off the A595 to Carlisle.
