Terms of Contract
Report
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Simply Bows and Chair Covers and the booking client ("the Client") when the client has confirmed requirements and paid their deposit.
Confirmation may be deemed to have been made by email or letter, written order form or telephone subject to Simply Bows and Chair Covers accepting such a booking - an invoice being proof of such acceptance.
3.1 If payment is not made within the time limits in clause 3 above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Simply Bows and Chair Covers to treat the contract as at an end, and reallocate the booking and equipment without informing the client.

Chiavari are named for the Italian city where they originated.
This little town, located between Genoa and the Cinque Terre, began producing these chairs at the beginning of the 19th century.
It was here in 1795 that the Descalzi brothers opened their famous furniture workshop.
They are becoming a firm favourite with our wedding and event clients.
We also offer a huge range of chair decor and coloured seat pads to suit all themes and styles.
