Paella Inc main priority is to deliver the best and most authentic paella and tapas using very high quality poultry, fish and game from in and around the Sussex area using local (when we can) organic farms. We are a small family owned mobile catering company, specialising in paellas and Spanish cuisine, who travel around the UK and Europe catering for weddings, parties and corporate events.

We offer an extensive repertoire of paellas and tapas along with a selection of Iberico hams and cheeses and other imported Spanish delicacies for parties, weddings, Christenings and specialist catering needs.

We can either offer a full 5/6 course bespoke paella wedding menu choice, including full set up, waiting staff, plate and cutlery hire.
Or just simply come along to cook and provide paellas and other food items for the main wedding breakfast or post (evening) meal for numbers of 50 to 500.
