I booked a Range Rover LWB in white for my sister's Nikkah. The car arrived 15mins early and the driver was very professional. The car was absolutely immaculate inside and out. Excellent service from initial enquiry , booking service right through to the journey. Everyone very professional, polite and efficient. The driver went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for my daughters wedding day. He arrived in plenty of time to allow for photos and getting settled in . A very smooth drive throughout and he was happy to drive round the block and loiter outside the venue while we waited for the groom to arrive!! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Taim went above and beyond to make my fathers final trip to the seaside an outstanding success. The black Rolls Royce was a smooth and fabulously decadent ride. Taim arrived promptly and delivered us home having realised my 90 year old Dads dream. Asim has been amazing from start to finish! His price was very competitive, his communication was incredible there was always a very quick response throughout booking. Leading up to the wedding there was a time change and it was amended no troubles. I also had to amend the pick up address at 8pm Friday night and the pick up was 9.15am the following morning and Asim responded so quickly and had everything updated.
I was contacted by the driver in the morning being greeted and as reassurance he was close and he arrived 45 minutes before the bride needed to leave and sat outside. He was very kind and happy and a great vibe especially what you want on your wedding morning. I really do recommend this service and would definitely use again.

What an experience this was, it really topped off the start to my day. Organised a rolls Royce to take me to my wedding and couldn't have been happier with the car.
Asim was very professional and turned up on time with what we arranged. Better yet, he turned up slightly earlier which was better as there was slight traffic on the way to the venue. Once we arrived, he parked the car outside the venue and left the car there for me and my groomsmen to get photos outside.

But got in touch with these guys and they were so helpful and friendly. We found the car we wanted. Paid the deposit and waited for the day to come. Prom day came and we couldnt have been any more happier. Car turned up with Mo who was the most kindest warmest person and made us feel at ease with my sons girlfriend. Showed us around the car, and gave us tips on how to make a good video with the car door shutting.

The communication was fantastic and although I booked well in advance they contacted me at various stages before to ensure everything was still ok, the driver called on the evening to let me know they were on their way and time of arrival. The driver arrived early, very smartly dressed & very polite. There was no pressure to rush and the girls had a great drive to their prom. Wow ! Yesterday we hired the Phantom for our sons prom in Portsmouth! The lads from Grand Luxury kept in contact throughout the booking , called me in the week go confirm everything twice over... and the Chauffeur arrived very promptly on time ! He even gave the kids a bit longer in the car after photos where taken , and we can not thank you enough ! The car was absolutely stunning , exactly what the kids wanted for their prom ! From the professional original booking to the courtesy call the night before to confirm times etc. Omar my sons driver was very professional, reassuring and so happy to oblige to our requests even taking pictures of my son and his girlfriend at the prom venue as parents were obviously not allowed to attend. Absolute beaut of a mustang for our wedding day! All our guests commented on how nice the car was and despite a little hiccup at the beginning getting to the hotel at the start it didnt affect our day! Our driver was also the loveliest person with a a good sense of humour and was ever so understanding when we realised we forgot to get the money out and patiently waited for it to arrive.
