Too Many Vices are one of the hardest working bands in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Newcastle? You name it, we'll go there! Chances are you may have heard of us but if not allow us to introduce ourselves as your potential wedding/function band. We have been performing at weddings/functions/pubs and clubs for over 8 years. We have developed a reputation as one of the most professional acts out there.
We perform an excellent selection of classic floor fillers, rock, pop and chart and we believe we have one of the deepest and most varied set lists in the business, covering songs from the 50's right through to today. There is always something for everyone, guaranteeing a full dance floor. As if all this wasn't good enough, we have state of the art equipment all controlled by our own dedicated sound engineer.
Ensuring we can play any size of venue (Volume is always at the clients discretion). In addition to this we are client focused and understand that the non performance side of things are equally as important as what you do on stage.

Co-founder - Simon is our Lead Guitarist and occasional backup vocalist.
He is the oldest member of the band, though he's certainly not the most wise (but likes to think he is!).
During the day he's a stressed Modern Studies teacher, by night, he's our answer to Keith Richards!
Ross is our Bass player - he joined the band around 6 years ago, he is the longest serving after Paul and Simon.

40 inputs, 8 outputs and a Live recording option (all of those speeches at the end of the night on birthday's, weddings etc can all be recorded and provided at your request).
We want to ensure we have absolute clarity but with the ability of a quicker set up time (less wires!).

This will include our Full PA, back line, lights and the ability to keep your party going on all night long.

Are we Scotland's Top 10 wedding band, I suppose that depends on your taste, we certainly must be in Scotland's Top 10 for most reasonably priced, especially considering our range of equipment and full-time sound engineer.

Too Many Vices has teamed up with a leading wedding violinist to ensure we're offering as many possibilities for our customers.
We can now include a 30 minute Ceilidh in our wedding offering.
This will be a backing track with live violin whilst calling the dances.
As we have a 6th member to perform the ceilidh, we have to reflect that in the price, though you'll still find that we'll be far more reasonably priced than many agency bands, especially considering our standard of equipment & full-time sound engineer.
